One page that says what your marketing did.

Every PhysioGrow clinic gets a private dashboard. It pulls the month's numbers from Google, puts them in one place, and explains them in language a physiotherapist can act on. No spreadsheets, no agency jargon, no logging into four tools to find out whether last month worked.

The problem it solves

Most clinics cannot name their cost per patient.

The data exists. It sits in Google Analytics, Search Console and your Business Profile, in three separate dashboards built for people who do this full time. A clinic owner with a full caseload will not go and read them, and an agency that sends a PDF of screenshots has not helped either. This dashboard collapses the three into one monthly page.

Top of a PhysioGrow monthly report for Riverside Physiotherapy: cost to acquire one new patient shown as £21 with an estimated 17x return, above tiles reading new enquiries 36, new patients booked 14, and profile actions 506.
The top of the monthly view. Riverside Physiotherapy is a worked example, which is why the report carries a sample data badge. Every figure a real clinic sees comes from its own accounts.
What a clinic sees each month

Two minutes inside the report

A walkthrough of the same worked example, panel by panel. No sign-up and no email gate.

The clinic on screen is a worked example, not a real client account. The numbers are illustrative and are there to show the layout. The report itself, and every figure it pulls, is what a client receives.

Your Google data

What we read, and nothing else.

The dashboard reads three Google sources for your clinic. Two of them you grant through a standard analytics permission. The third, your Google Business Profile, uses Google's own sign in screen, so you approve it yourself and you can withdraw it at any time.

Google Analytics

Visitor counts and the channels they arrived through. We are added as a viewer on your property, the same access any analyst would have. Read only.

Search Console

The search terms your site appears for and the position it holds. Read only, and limited to the site we report on.

Google Business Profile

Performance metrics for your profile: how many searches showed it, how many people clicked through to your website, how many called, and how many asked for directions.

The Google Business Profile panel of a PhysioGrow report: 312 searches showing the profile, 128 website clicks from Google, and 66 calls and direction requests, each with a month-on-month change.
The three Business Profile figures, as a clinic sees them, with the change on the month beneath each one.
How the Business Profile permission works
  • You approve it, not us. You sign in to your own Google account and grant access on Google's screen. We never ask for your password and we never see it.
  • We read performance metrics only. The dashboard does not edit your profile, post updates, change your opening hours, or reply to reviews on your behalf.
  • The numbers go to one place. They appear on your own password protected dashboard and in your monthly report. We do not sell them, share them with other clinics, or pass them to advertisers.
  • You can revoke it in a minute. Open your Google account permissions and remove PhysioGrow. The dashboard keeps working and that panel reverts to numbers entered by hand.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail sits in our privacy notice.

Access

One clinic, one login, one set of numbers.

The dashboard lives at clients.physiogrow.co.uk. Each clinic sets its own password and sees its own data. No clinic can see another's, and there is no shared login. If you forget the password you reset it yourself through an emailed link.

PhysioGrow is run by Lorenzo Cavallaro, a physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and the CSP, trading as LC Physiotherapy and Performance Ltd. The company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection.
